Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the device back in its original manufacturer box including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees and ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
